Brought in to build and run two separate identities simultaneously, both starting from zero.
A leather goods brand carries an implicit promise of craft and quality. The content, photography, and social presence either reinforce that or quietly undercut it.

The first step was understanding how each identity needed to exist and how they related to each other. Harsh Gupta as an individual, his voice, his presence, his audience. Sipyatrra as a standalone creative brand, its own positioning, tone and platform behaviour.

Running both at the same time without letting one blur into the other requires a clear architecture. That architecture was built first: strategy, positioning, content approach and the specific ways each identity would show up across platforms.

From there, managed social media for both, content planned, created and published consistently with the long-term relationship between both identities and their audiences always in consideration. When events entered the picture, managed those end-to-end as well, handling execution so nothing fell through between the two.
